Performed requested reset and upgraded to 22.3.1.

The behaviour now is that Photoshop crashes without error after a few seconds

Hi there,

We're sorry for the error message. You may try reset Photoshop preferences back to defaults and check if that helps. Here's the article for the steps: https://adobe.ly/3ceal5t

Also, please update Photoshop to the 22.3.1 version via Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop.

Let us know if that helps.

Thanks,

Mohit

Hi Mohit,

I am having the same issue with Photomerge not working in 23.3

However I can't use the solution given above as the older versions do not go back as far as 21.2.7 anymore.

Do you know of any other solution for getting Photomerge to work in PS without downgrading?

This is a pretty key functionality for my use of PS

Thanks,

David.
