Unable to get realtime effect on text.

Hi,
recently i  have came across an issue where, when i type the text it doesn't show me. But after clicking on Esc button or move tool, the text appears. Same with editing the text and applying any affects.
Have attached a video for your reference. Kindly help me in this as it very fustrating  to always click on Esc or move tool to see the effect.

    The first thing I'd try is Deactivate Native Canvas in Preferences, and restarting Photoshop.
