Unable to Launch Photoshop

I was working on photoshop when my system crashed. Since then i have been unable to launch photoshop. When i launch it it freezes. I get a pop up that guides me to the adobe website with steps toubleshoot but its not useful since i cant click on any of the tabs in photoshop.
