Unable to Load Custom Lens Correction Profile in Photoshop CC 2017?

I have a custom .lcp for a Samyang 14mm 2.8 on a Nikon D600 which I have always used in PS for my D810.

I have loaded the .lcp in the Lightroom LCP folder but it won't show up in either CC2015 or CC 2017.

It appears that the dobe tool to download profiles made by users now has a broken link tha defaults to a DNG information page.

Does anyone know ho to get an .lcp loaded into a CC program on a Windows 10 machine???

Thanks in Advance!

    Try here:

    Local Disk(C:) > ProgramData > Adobe > CameraRaw > LensProfiles > 1.0 > Samyang > CameraMakerName

That is where the Lens Profiles used by Adobe Camera Raw are stored on my Windows 10 system

I did do a search but no separate camera raw directories are on either my desktop nor my laptop machines with Windows 10.

On my desktop it works fine loaded into LR...it automatically shows up in CC2017. Just doesn't work on my laptop.
