Unable to open Sony A7R3 RAW file in Lightroom & Photoshop

Hi There,

I bought a Sony A7R3 camera but my Creative Clouds ( Lightroom & Photoshop ) could not opened it.

Could you guys have some idea about it ???.

    you need cr 10.1 or better.

    the latest lr and ps both qualify. ie, update your cc programs.
