Unable to render time lapse video

Created a time lapse in Photoshop CC but unable to render as adobe media encoder is greyed out. I opened up a different video file (not a time lapse) which I made without any problems, and the encoder shows up in the render dialogue box.

Is this a bug, or is there a restriction on outputting time lapses (which would be odd).

Any help appreciated.

Btw, running Windows 10, 64 bit.

Figured out the problem. For time lapse (or any type of video) you must select a 'film & video' preset when creating the document in the first instance. If you use a standard preset, adobe media encoder won't work when exporting.

Thanks for the reply anyway JJMack.

Even if I am selecting Film&Video preset still it is not rendering the video. Nd Adobe Media Encoder is greyed out

Post a screen capture that shows your timelaps animation in Photoshop with the render video dialog that has the grayed out media encoder.
