Unable to render video in CC 2017. Adobe media encoder greyed out.

Earlier this morning I made a practice video and was able to choose "adobe media encoder" in File-->Export-->render video

However, now when I am making another timelapse video using the same steps, the option "adobe media encoder" is greyed out.Weird!!

Please help!
