Unable to Resize the Pro Workflow X panel

The panel does not expand. There are hidden buttons that I cannot access. When I go into the xml file and edit the max size, the panel generates an "unsigned" error in Photoshop and will not load. It is my understanding that this is a bug in Photoshop and not with the actual panel. I need to be able to resize this panel in order to use the full functionality of the software.

I am using Windows 11 and the latest version of Photoshop.
