Unable to revert to an earlier version of a Photoshop cloud document

I'm trying to recover an earlier version of a Photoshop cloud document, I saw this help article:

But for some reason, I don't have the Timeline button/icon mentioned there. So far Adobe support was unable to help or even understand the issue. Did anyone solve a similar problem?
