Unable to run the Batch command because the disk is not available... photoshop CC

Hello everyone,

I have a problem to run the batch command.. it can't find the disk, i'm trying to change it in the pref. but i can't..

somebody help me plse??

    Pleas provide pertinent information and post screenshots to illustrate.

    What does the Action include, what are your Batch settings, …?

    If none of those reference unavailable disks (or Folders containing forbidden letters/symbols) what have you done for trouble-shooting so far?

    Restoring Preferences after making sure all customized presets like Actions, Patterns, Brushes etc. have been saved might be a good starting point:
