Unable to update camera RAW in CS5

Hi, I'm unable to update Camera RAW in CS5. I just upgraded my camera and unable to automatically  open up RAW files in Camera RAW. I get through the updates halfway and a message pops up: Unable to finished download because of firewall or something...sorry I don't remember the error message exactly. I was wondering what I needed to do. Thanks!
