Unable to use Creative Cloud despite being signed in

Hi there,

I'm trying to use the Match Fonts function in Photoshop, but it's telling me to be signed in to the Creative Cloud if I want to see more results, shown here:

However, it already says I'm signed in both in the Creative Cloud and Photoshop, shown here:

Creative Cloud is currently version 5.1.0.407, and Photoshop is 21.1.2.
