Unable to use face aware liquify

Having just downloaded the latest PS 2017 on my Windows 10 the face aware tool wont work I have tried to enable the Graphics thing but it is (greyed out)

so cant click the box.

    You are right to suspect it is GPU related.  What hardware are you using? Does it have a dedicated GPU, and is the  driver up to date?

    If yo are not sure, open Photoshop and go Help > System info > Copy ​and paste to this thread.

    I managed to speak to an advisor at Adobe and he ascertained that the GPU is not compatible with the programme. Therefore I am unable to use the tool on my Windows 10 laptop.

    However I do also use a mac osx el capitan desktop and its working fine there.
