Unable to use filter gallery on my Mac version 11.6

Did anyone know this problem and can help me.

All filters dos work properly only all Filters in the galery are not working. Ican see them on the display.

So, are you saying you can't open the Gallery? Or that inside the gallery, it's not working correctly?
