Unable to use Puzzle (or any) plugins on Photoshop v23.1

Question

I'd like to use the Puzzle plugin on one of my photos, but none of the plugins appear on the plugin panel.  I've manually copied the .atn files to the C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Creative Cloud\Components\Pluginsfolder, but that doesn't seem to do anything.   Any help appreciated!   &#128578;

You'll need to load the Puzzle action via the Actions panel.

Try the following:

In Photoshop, open the Actions panel (Window > Actions)
Go to the Actions panel menu in the upper right of the panel and select Load Actions...
Navigate to where you have Puzzle.atn, select it, and click on Load

Then the Puzzle action will appear in your Actions panel.
