UNDO/REDO problem : new hotkeys won't work with Camera Raw or Liquify : Windows 10

Question

I am having an issue with the UNDO/REDO shortcuts with AZERTY keyboard.

The default keys for undo/redo (CTRL+Z) and step forward/backward (ALT or SHIFT+CTRL+Z) are difficult to use with AZERTY.

When I assing new hotkeys they do not work in parallel with Camera Raw neither Liquify tool etc.

It should be NORMAL to be able to change these hotkeys so that they would also work with Camera Raw and Liquify tool...

In the tool preferences, I tried to save new hotkeys first on the pre-existing file and then I saved them as a new file without any result.

Is this simply a Windows 10 update problem or did anyone find a solution ?

PS. Also this does not only concern UNDO/REDO shortcuts but many other new shortcut keys that I have assigned to make working more simple...
