Update 21.1.2 Wacom tablet layer selection problem

Since this uccurred to my system 4-20 after 21.1.2 was installed and my tablet worked fine until then I do not think it is the same problem discribed in the 4-11 posts on wacom problems in the bug section.

 

When the update 21.1.2 self installed,  layer and mask selection in the layers dialog became very sluggish, unresponsive and delayed. Rolling back to version 21.1.1 fixes the problem.
My system is Win10 pro version 1909.   Intel i9-9900 360GHz processor   32GB ram.

 

Wacom tablet Intuos3 PTZ-930

All wacom drivers I tried do not have any influence on the problem. [6.2.0w5, 6.3.1w3, 6.3.15-3]

If you are using WinTab API with Photoshop and  your Intuos. Try using using windows INK instead. Adobe broke  Photoshop WinTab support in the 21.1.0 update. That cause issues when you use your pen with Photoshop tools.

    I am using windows ink but also need the Wacom driver for other graphics programs other than Photoshop.

    The only way I have been able to get Photoshop to work again is to re-install version 21.1.1
