Update for Photoshop 23.5.1 when already updated

Why am I getting a Photoshop v23.5.1 Update in Creative Cloud Desktop when I already have PS v23.5.1 inttalled? This is the second time I have had this.

I've noticed this happening at times with different versions. Sometimes it is frequent, and may happen a couple of times a week. Other times it's less frequent. It happened to me this morning. For the past several months I have occasionally gotten a notification in Creative Cloud desktop that Photoshop has an update, but if I wait for several minutes, that notification goes away. This morning it didn't.

I haven't been able to see any pattern to this, and since Adobe doesn't seem to care, I don't concern myself with it too much.
