Update Photoshop CS5

I am wanting to update Photoshop CS5 so I can view RAW files. However, when I do download the updates I keep getting an error message indicating unable to install. What can I do to update my software.

I updated the Adobe Application Manager and I keep getting the same message.

Then you'll have to manually download and install the updates you can get here:

Adobe - Bridge : For Windows : Adobe Bridge CS5 4.0.5 Update

Adobe - Adobe Camera Raw and DNG Converter : For Windows : Camera Raw 6.7 Update

What does the error message say?

This is exactly the problem I am having . Getting an error code 72 "contact customer support" . I just want someone to phone me and walk me thru this as I upgraded yesterday but cannot use the program at all
