Trying to update my mob number in my profile as I have moved from NZ to Australia. But cant remember password.  Tried to change password but wont let me. Help!

Contact sales support via web chat. If you moved to a different region, they are geo blocking you to prevent unauthorised changes. no automated way to fix this. It has to be handled by a support agent since it may also affect your payment stuff.
