Update to Photoshop 23.4.1 broke guide moving with Shift key

Just got the 23.4.1 update and now moving guide with shift key held down is broken. Before when you would hold shift key while moving guide it would snap to units of the ruler, such as 1.25". Help please I use this all the time to position guides. I know you can edit the guide position but it much easier to use shift key.

Sure, but I don't think that's completely relevant to what's happening here...

If you click and drag a guide while not holding the shift key, you can see exactly where it is on the canvas (45,46,47px, etc). If you're holding the shift key, it's snaps by incriments (45,50,55px, etc). The problem is that while you're holding shift, it doesn't actually tell you where you're dropping the guide - the little popup that shows this information vanishes.

For further context, I'm using a Mac, and have had this issue since 23.4. Rolling back to a previous version (23.2.2) resolved it. And before anyone calls this a "Mac issue", based on OP's post, it appears this isn't limited to Mac.

I am so glad I found this thread, cause that was annoying me to no end. I hope adobe fixes it soon.

YES! I'm surprised that nobody else has reported this. I'm having this problem as well.

I rolled back to version 23.2.2 - the issue is not present on that release. I would recommend using this version until it's fixed.
