Updated Photoshop CC to 2019 - Crashes Camera Raw on Macbook running Sierra 10.12.6

Everything was fine unitl I updated my Adobe Photoshop... Now everytime I open RAW files in ACR, Photoshop crashes.

Do I need to update MAC OS to Catalina?

I am a pro photographer and this has screwed up my workflow!

Sorry that updated version of Photoshop is no longer working as its crashing everytime you open an image in Camera Raw.

This did not help... Only option I see is to upgrade Macbook Pro to Catalina... Should I do that?
