Updated to 2024 and now can't open any of my files

Please help. I just updated to 2024. I believe I had 2020 before. Now I'm not able to open any of my files. I keep getting these errors.

    We have the creative cloud, and it auto updated to 2024 yesterday. Today, this is exactly what we are seeing. We cannot save pdf files. Instead, it deletes it all to a zero byte file. Needless to say, this is kind of a big deal.

      Also all my files have zero bytes now in my Finder Window. What the heck happened?
