Upgraded from CS6 to CC, need help with basic shortcut changes.

I finally upgraded from CS6 to CC, but man there are some shortcut changes and other small changes that are frustrating me. Can you help me figure out how to changes these or coup with them? Lol.

1. When resizing something using a bounding box or transform... I am used to holding shift to keep the aspect ratio of the original... now it is reversed, holding shift unlocks the aspect ratio of whatever I am resizing and not holding shift keeps the aspect ration. (This one is particularly frustrating because AI still has it the original way).
2. When using the move tool it now changes the layer to whatever is on top where I click and drag, as opposed to dragging the layer I have selected. The only way I have found around this is to lock the layers above what I am trying to move.
3. When A layer is not in the artboard area and is off to the side or below or whatver, I can't find a way to move it with the move tool... it used to be I could select the layer, then using the move tool click and drag wherever and it would move the layer around as if I was holding it directly... now to get the layer where I want to I have to use the arrow keys and wait for it to get there.

Are there ways to fix these? I hope I made sense, lol.
