Urgent help needed Freezes and crashes.

These are messages I have been getting when working with my raw files.

Plugin. Com Adobe.Unified Panel Has A Significant Number Of Pending Task.'

 (2)  Whenen using PS. Error reading machine specific preferences.

(3)Legacy compositions have been removed. Could not load the shapes because the maximum number  of shapes have been loaded.

Adobe keeps crashing . Crash reports have ben sent in. And I have heard nothing from Adobe. 

I have Adsobe teck department, take control, of my computer. But the problem continues. I am thinking of discontuning my account
