i want to create a 3 page a4 brochure in photoshop i dont know the file size and bleed size can any one help please

Presumably you don't have access to InDesign, which would be a much better application for this than Photoshop..

Is this three A4 pages side by side and then folded to A4?

Allow 3mm on each edge for bleed, work in RGB color mode and ensure any images you include have a resolution of around 300PPI.

For a zig-zag fold, width: 630mm + 6mm for bleed x depth: 297 + 6mm for bleed (2 off – one for one side and one for the reverse side).

For a roll fold, have page three slightly narrower than 210mm (both sides!)

Normally you would supply a PDF/X-4 to your printer, but check with them the spec they want.
