Hi @amany28498126umdr yes you can now use Generative Fill with Adobe Photoshop 25.0 (general release, not beta) with Commercial Projects:

Just be aware that Generative Fill is traceable through Content Credentials. If anyone wants to find out, they can see if Generative Fill was used.

You can not claim copyright for material created with Generative Fill.
