Use Photoshop CC as monitor for photo-shooting

Dear Users!

   I have a Ps CC, and need to use it for a photo-shooting to contor directy what I get with some lighting setting. Unfortunately

I cant find the menu for solving this problem. I know, that in lightroom it s possible.

Depends on your camera. As D-Fosse stated, Photoshop can't do this. Lightroom can; however, I'm not sure Nikons work well for using a preview mode. I ended up buying Nikon Capture Pro 2, to have preview and remote triggering with my Nikon. Then I jused Bridge to preview the shots that I actually took.

Lightroom is the tool for shooting tethered. It's optimized for high speed processing.

 

Photoshop is completely unsuitable for this. It would have to open in ACR first, and then transfer to Photoshop.
