Use Photoshop on Chrome OS

Question

As of today, is it possible to be able to use Photoshop on Chrome OS, with a Chromebook ?

As on Windows or Mac OS.

I know you can download apps from the Play Store, and I think there is a version in the cloud, so possible or not possible ?

yes and noyes = its possible to have the code live in a browser so you can edit a image with all the Photoshop tools... when you share an Psd with someone else they have the option to make edits to it (assuming you allowed that) no as a rule {outside the share senario} its not possible because Adobe doesn't allow it... so the normal workflow is to download the app and run it on the local device p.s, iphone Photoshop is not the same as Photoshop but thats another option to look at
