User Graphics Processor is grey out

Hi

I have NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 GPU (intel core i17 laptop) and the User Graphics Processor is greyed out.

Is this not compatible or has something gone wrong with the graphic card ?

 

Any advice would be appreciated

    Most likely you'll need to disable the integrated GPU. See section 6 & 7 here:

    Hi @michelle304500418u8k first check and update your GPU drivers.

    Next if they still dont show - Go to Photoshop Help Menu/System Info and copy/paste details in a reply. Post only once as the system takes time to process the large amount of data.
