Using CMKY in photoshop

Version of the app 25.4.0
Platform and OS version Mac Big Sur 11.7.10
Basic steps to reproduce the problem: When separating layers for CMYK mode on a design I am working on, I have a problem with the file when exporting.
Actual result and actual result via screen shot:
l was hoping for this (above) , but get this on export: (the graphic dissapears)

Checking your PSD file shows many more chanels than necessary…

And also there is no layer for the town, only for the lettering

I would first reorganise all this mess

You can create a new doc same size CMYK

Copy and paste the CMYK chanels one by one to get a clean doc

Then add the lettering layer on the new doc (after getting rid of its white background)

You have now a clean doc you can work with, print or export…
