Using CS4 on win 8.1, recent tool display problem. On image screen see 3 images of selected tool.

The selected tools are displayed horizontally. The tool image on the left side of the tool display

is active and operates as the single tool display used to operate.  This started 3 months ago.  Everything

else is working Ok.  The 3 tool display occurs in the edit window, on the selection display above the edit window, and

on the panels to the right of the image display window.

Note:  I have been using Lightroom for most of my work and go to photoshop to remove or change

specific problems.
