Using KYLE brushes causes the end of a line to draw a straight line to the same point

Since the recent update, I've had issues with any of the Adobe KYLE brushes causing an issue where I draw a line and once I release the left mouse button, the line shoots off to the same point off my canvas. Brushes, eracers, smudge, brush healing tools all streak across to the same point. I was able to reset my preferences and the problem would go away and I would be able to keep working.

I don't have a tablet and just using mouse and keyboard. I've swapped to a new mouse and keyboard as well. If I switch to a basic brush preset it problem remains, however, if I start a new file and don't use the KYLE brushs, the brush works normaly. 

I've reinstalled PS, reset my preferences, opened new files and deleted my brushes. I just recently reinstalled the mega pack from Adobe but the problem is still there.
