Question

Using Photoshop in two desktop

Adobe states that, for example, Lightroom Classic and Photoshop can be used on two computers. In my case, when I purchased a new computer and installed Photoshop and Lightroom Classic according to my photography subscription, I could no longer access these programs on my old computer. Shouldn't I still have the right to use the programs on my old machine?

You should be able to; I did it myself just a few weeks ago.

Go to your Adobe account, and, in the Plans and Payment drop-down, choose Activated Devices. Do you see anything listed besides your new computer?

One thing to try is, assuming it's still installed on your old computer, try opening the Creative Cloud desktop app, signing out, and then signing back in.

@Trisal

Your subscription allows you to activate on two computers, but use on one computer at a time. Try signing out of the CC app, then sign in again. Make sure you are using the same ID and PW on both computers.
