Using Photoshop on a 75 inch Touchscreen

Hi, has anyone used photoshop on a large (75' or more) touchscreen.

Planning on drawing with a graphic artist and need to know if it will work and override the anti alias feature in the touchscreen?

Also anyone that has done this is there a lag or latency in the drawing?
