Using the Adobe Photoshop startup screen as a front cover for a book

I would like to use the image of the man and the cave that is featured in the startup screen of Photoshop for my new novel. Can I have the permission of Adobe to use it?

Also, I could not find said image file in the main directory of Photoshop. Could you possibly point me in the direction of where to find it?

    Correct answer Test Screen Name

You'd need written permission. There is a form to fill in with your detailed usage request. Start here:Images and user guides | Adobe

Splash screen images are now hidden away to prevent tampering with them. You'd need a higher resolution anyway. Make this part of your negotiation with Adobe.
