[Photoshop 2023 24.2.0] Multi-monitor setup: When I right-click on a tool, how to make the pop-up within the program?

Currently when I click on a tool, the popup goes to the other screen. I want it like before where the pop-up is right of the tool icon that I clicked on.

    @wangson it's a known issue with Windows 11 and Adobe is aware of it
