v22.5.1 Rotate tool doesn't work

Hi, 
Since I download photoshop 22.5 and above, I simply cannot use the rotate canvas tool. I thought it will be resolved on the last update, but the bug is still here. 

I'm a mac user and here is the info about my Imac.

In my own research, the problem come from the NVidia who apparently doens't fit anymore with photoshop v22. When I go to Preference / Performance ,  we can see this information


" Photoshop as detected an error with you video pilot. Update or reinstall the pilote and check the box Use a graphic processor to retry"

The only solution I find is to download the previous version of photosop ( v21.22 ). But nothing for the newest version. 
Any advice or solution to fix it?
