v25 :: Preset syncing discontinued

Hi Photoshop Experts:

As of Sept 13, preset sync in Photoshop 25.0 has been discontinued, and the feature will no longer be functional. So where does that leave us when we want to sync presets from one computer (or device) to another? Is there a new avenue I can't find, or are we back to export/import?
