Vanishing Point filter, export for After Effects (.vpe) is disabled

I am using Photoshop CS6 Extended (ver 13.0). I can apply the Vanishing Point filter to a jpeg still and set/apply the planes but the Export For After Effects (.vpe) command in the drop-down menu within the VP window is greyed out. I understood this filter is a feature of the Extended version. Can anyone help explain why this is disabled? Much appreciate any advice.

Is your grid/plane blue and not yellow or red?

Could you post a screenshot of the image in the vanishing point filter with the plane/grid visible?

Thanks R Kelly for your response. I was seeing a mix of full blue grids, full yellow grids and red outline planes. Your query led me to explore further and by aligning the planes more accurately with the image and each other the Export to After Effects (.vpe)... was enabled and the series of .png images produced.

    hello
I got the same problem here, but can't figure out the answer you made (ote, I'm not english, sometimes missing parts).
All I see are blue grid/planes and from what I read in your discussion i shall only have red ones right ?
But how can I make this happen ? I tried to align them as precisely as I could, but haven't succeeded yet, the export is still greyed out.

    thanx for your answers !
