Vanishing Point still not working in 21.0.1

I was not able to use version 21.0 because Vanishing Point filter was broken and not able to move pasted items or transform them. I saw a new version 21.0.1 of Photoshop was just released to address issues with MacOS Catalina 10.15.1 which I'm using. It appears the same problems are still present with Vanishing Point filter in 21.0.1 and transform and move are not working with extreme lag and/or just not working at all. This is an important filter I use quite often and was wondring if the Photoshop software team could add this to the list of bugs to fix as soon as possible please? Thank you for addressing this issue.

I'm having the same issue. Uninstalling 21.0.1 and going back to 20.

Hi there,

Sorry that you continue to face issues using Vanishing point filter in Photoshop afteer the 21.0.1 update.

Could you please turn on the Legacy Compositing option in Performance preferences?
Choose Edit > Preferences > Performance (Windows) or Photoshop > Preferences > Performance (macOS). Select Legacy Compositing. Quit and relaunch Photoshop.

Let us know how it goes.

Thanks,
Akash

Hello Akash,

I have just tried that and that is not working either. I also played around with turning graphics processor on and off and different levels of graphic processor. It's really strange behavior with extreme lag and ultimately not working. It is working fine in version 20.0.7. Thanks for continuing to find a solution.
