Vertical lines 9/16" apart appearing photos in Photo 13

Lines appearing vertical in photo. Just started a couple weeks ago. Don't matter denisity of photo light/dark still have lines. Even bought new printer problem still exists. Anyone else has/had this problem?

Are these lines just on the print or are they visible when viewing the image on your screen

Hi

That could have been blocked heads - however you say you have replaced the printer and the problem still occurs.

Are the lines running across the page (i.e. the same direction as the print head travels) or down the page (the direction the print comes out of the printer) ?

A couple of things to look at:
1. The settings in the Printer Driver (you don't say what printer you are using). Is there a setting for bi-directional printing. If so turn that off when printing photo's. It is good for speed but not always good for alignment.

2. Is there a head alignment routine as part of "maintenance settings" or similar?
