Very Old Versions of Photoshop and Illustrator.

would anyone know if there is any legal issues if i shared extremely old versions of photoshop (not for profit) to friends for legacy needs on very out dated Macintosh OS 9? I have copies of Illustrator 6 (1996) and Photoshop 5.0 (1998) for Macintosh, and these versions are some of the last that support a specific file format needed for a free online gaming community based in Mac OS 9, that still continues to live today. Back in 2005 we would use a modern image processing application, and convert it using these older photoshop versions to the file format required for the game, however if I could be allowed to offer these programs to the people in the community freely to directly create the images for the game with these older versions, it would be much easier to add new pictures to the game.
