Video clips on timeline showing as transparent

Hi,

I recently used photoshop to concatenate some timelapse video clips together, and that worked OK.

(The timelapse videos were created in Photoshop too as MP4)

When I've re-opened the file to add another few clips, the existing clips are all showing as transparent.

I tried the same process from scratch on a second laptop with Photoshop and I get the same thing.

Does anyone know what I am doing wrong - screenshots attached.

P.S. The Videos are Codec AAC, H.264 saved as mp4 and they play OK through quicktime.

Photoshop is v21.1.2

Thanks

Stephen

This is still an issue for me - Anyone else had something similar ?

A little bit more info.

I loaded all the MP4 clips I have created in the last month into PS using File > Scripts > Load Files into Stack

All the clips were created using PS, using the same (or very similar) process.

About half display normally.

Mostly, the ones that show as transparent, are the ones that were created earlier in the last 4 weeks

Thanks

Stephen
