Video Edited in Photoshop showing black background in Premiere

I took a video clip and imported it into Photoshop. I then converted the video to individual images, then removed the background from my subject. I then export the video and import into Premiere. There is now a black background behind the subject of my video that I cannot remove.

I have set export preferences to include transparency, as well as exporting under different formats. I tried saving for web and turning off "Convert to sRGB" and using PNG-24 as a preset.

Anything other then rendering the video produces the first still frame of the video.

Any help is appreciated as I spent around 4 hours removing the background on all 200 images.

Use TIFF, TGA or PSD. Video programs generally don't deal with PNG transparency that well due to how it doesn't rely on a traditional alpha channel as most of those programs would expect.

Save the images  as PSD and see if that works.
