Video layer frozen on Ps 2018

I'm rotoscoping a video and it's been fine up until now - the video is frozen on the first frame throughout the whole one second video. It's an embedded video layer and no settings have been changed since I last used it. Is there a way I can make the video go back in motion?

Judging by the Layer Panel icon that is not a video Layer but a plain pixel Layer.

Might you accidentally have rasterised it?

Could you please post a screenshot taken at View > 100% with the pertinent Panels (Layers, Animation, Channels, Options Bar, …) visible?
