Question

Video Render Quality

I use photoshop to make frame animations, which I export to mp4. On my old laptop they would render perfectly with high quality. For some reason on my current laptop when I export the video, the quality is terrible and very pixelated during tweening, where as before it was smooth. When I play the frame animation in photoshop before I attempt to export it looks and plays smooth. I’ve tried a few possible solutions with no luck. My tweens are mainly just simple color changing. I don’t get why they aren’t coming out right like before. Is it a problem with my laptop and not PS? Any help is greatly appreciated! Thanks!

In the render it’s set at 30 fps. In the animation I didn’t change any fps, nor do I know how. The frame delay for each frame being tweened is set at 0.2 seconds, which is the setting I used on my previous project without a problem.

I took a pic of the screen that pops up when I select render video. I think that’s what you meant by settings? And I’m not sure of specs. It’s just a cheap laptop but not any less specs than my old one. Thanks for any help btw! It’s pretty frustrating because I’m doing everything the same as before, but the quality is just bad. The Frame animation that I’m currently trying to export is just the same picture with the colors changed in each frame and tweening between them. Before it would make a seamless video, but not now. Idk why
