video render takes for ever. 5 sec vid on win 10 64, 64gb ram, i9 processor.... ughh. 10% cpu use?!

Hello,what do i do wrong?i started a video render, making a 5 second zoom on a 4000x3000 file in HD 1920 quality....Machine is quite capable: Windows 10 64, intel i9, 64gb ram, nvme ssd, video card pretty ok.well, photoshop uses just 10% cpu and takes forever....WTF?  anyone suggestions on how to do this better?
