I believe you're looking for the Layer panel, please go to Window and choose layer.

Please share a screenshot with us, so that we can review it at our end.

es fehlt bei mir folgender Befehl:

Um eine Bildsequenz in ein offenes Dokument zu importieren, wählen Sie „Ebene“ > „Videoebenen“ > „Neue Videoebene aus Datei“.
