When I try and use vignette and try to use it, it does the thing in the first file attached, instead of doing the thing in the second image attached, it was working fine last time I used it, is there a bug or something?

Im on windows, using photoshop version 24.1

If you are using Vignette from the Default Action set, you need to make a selection first. The action will pause and ask you how much you want to feather the selection. If you are unhappy with the amount, choose File > Revert and run the action again with a new number.
